Instructions for registration:

1. Open the below document and TYPE in your name, address, USPSA #, email address and phone number.

2. Print the TWO PAGE registration document. Complete the remainder of page 1, the registration form.

3. Read and sign the EAGC Club Liability Waiver, page 2 of the entry form.  
        IMPORTANT:  Even if you are a member of EAGC or have previously shot as a guest 
        or competitor at EAGC, a new, signed waiver must be returned with your entry form. You will 
        not be registered until/unless we have received your new, signed waiver. No exceptions.

4. Mail your check, entry form, and signed waiver to the address at the bottom of the form.

5. You will receive an email with confirmation of your registration. Online squadding instructions will be emailed, as well, as we near the match date.  Direct any questions to Match Director, Mark Kauder, at 2012ALSectional@gmail.com

                                                            ENTRY FORM AND WAIVER


IMPORTANT: We are full on Saturday and have a waiting list for Saturday slots. Entry fee for Friday is now discounted to $80; $55 for Junior shooters. Plenty of slots are open for Friday shooters.  Any       Friday shooters who paid full registration are being mailed a refund of $30 to bring the registration     fee down to the current discounted amount. Any currently registered  Saturday shooters                     wishing to move to a Friday slot, please contact us at: 2012ALSectional@gmail.com.
